Near Artà, in the east of the popular Balearic island Mallorca, the Finca Bionic is located on a 14.000 m² plot. The Majorcan Finca offers a modern living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Both the balcony and the covered barbecue with outdoor kitchen are equipped with a dining area and enough chairs for all guests. Here you can enjoy freshly prepared meals or end the evening with a glass of wine. The absolute highlight of the accommodation, however, is the 50 m² pool with outdoor showers, bordered by a covered terrace with sun loungers. Refresh yourself on hot summer days in the cool water or read a good book while you tan in the sun. From here you can enjoy the view of the lush vegetation, the mountains and the blue glittering sea on the horizon. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in 4.5 km or 7 minutes by car in Artà and the nearest beach, Costa dels Pins, is 8 km or 10 minutes by car. Parking is available on the property.
